I tried to give them some kitten food yesterday
and the had no interest in it what so ever.
I'll try again today with some baby rice cereal.

They are really starting to play now.
The kids are having fun with them.

Time to get back to doing laundry.

Here are the kittens at 3 1/2 weeks old.

This one is all white and is maybe a boy...?
It's really hard to tell right now.


This one is more gray and I think is a girl.
She looks like Yoda.

This is Daddy. His name is Biaggi.
He is one of the best looking cats I have ever seen.
This was taken a while ago. He's much darker now.


They seem to be doing pretty good.
Next week I get to introduce them to
real cat food. That should be fun.

St. Patricks Day

This is a fun day. I think everyone is Irish today.
I have a little in me, enough to say I'm Irish.
The girls wore green to school and I think I will make
some potato something for dinner. Maybe I'll go up to
Byerly's and get a grasshopper pie. I love those.

Mexico was AWESOME! 83 degrees and sunny every day.
Kids were good, hotel was great. We did a ton of stuff!
Glass bottom boat ride to lovers beach, Spa, horse back riding,
para sailing, deep sea puking, oh I mean fishing.
Pete, Susan and Benji went Scuba diving. Pete and Mark went golfing.
It was a trip pack full of good times!

The kittens are good. Well, the ones that are alive are good.
We lost one while we were gone. He was just way to weak.

Out of the woods?

I think we may be out of the woods!
Spice ate this morning for the first time in a week!

I have forced a little baby food, and kitten formula
down her with an eye dropper but other than that
she has only had a little water.

It has been a crazy week I tell you.
Me with influenza, a cat that will not eat
so, not producing enough milk, $200.00+
dollar vet bills to rehydrate mom and babies,
$50.00+ on tiny bottles and kitten formula, having to
get up twice a night to feed and check on them. UGH!!!
I don't know why I did this!!!?!!!
She gave me a bunch of meow's and loves this morning.
Kittens seem happy and it looks like she may be making
more milk! The kittens eyes should open any day now.
I can't wait to see that. Then they will start to look more
like kittens and less like rats. :)

Is it time to go to Mexico yet? 3 days!
I fell a bit better today after over doing it on Saturday.
Yesterday, I stayed in my PJ's and sat on the couch all day.
I will take it easy today too. I want to be healthy in Mexico.

This morning I talked to the guy that is re-doing our wood
floors while we are gone. We confirmed dates and he is coming
over tomorrow so I can give him keys and codes and such.
It's going to be so cool to come home to new floors. I have
wanted to do this since we moved in almost three years ago.

Hey Tonya, It was good to see you and finally meet Jacob!
He is very cute, keep up the good work and know that I am
only a phone call away if I can help in any way!
